Delivery of Your Designer Clothing
Waiting around for your trendy new designer clothing to turn up is no easy job, we know the feeling. That's the reason why we've joined forces with Royal Mail, UK's No.1 next day postal service, to ensure you get your items without delay.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Service runs to your door 6 days a week and there are no extra surcharges on residential deliveries. If you are unfortunate to be away when they deliver your designer clothing, don't worry as the driver will leave a calling card. You then have one of two options: -
Visit your local Royal Mail depot and collect your goods. (Please ensure you take appropriate ID)
Call your local Royal Mail depot and arrange to have your goods redelivered at no extra charge
We offer a Next Working Day delivery service as standard on all orders. All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are guaranteed delivery within 1 working day of it being dispatched.
Please note that all orders will need to be signed for.
Tracking Your Designer Clothing Order
When you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails.
Firstly, your order will be sent to our dispatch centre and you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.
Once your designer clothing has been picked, packed and dispatched, another email confirming your unique tracking number will be sent, allowing you to track your order until the moment it is delivered to your door.
We don't add any additional costs on shipping charges and therefore the cost of ordering will vary depending on weight, for example:

Our unique shipping price application will automatically give you up to date real time shipping costs as soon as you add new item(s) to your basket so you are always in the clear regarding shipping prices and there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of placing your order and in its original condition with all tags connected.
Upon receipt we will exchange or refund the items. Please allow up to 10 working days for exchanges and refunds to be processed.
Please Note:
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own safety we recommend you return item(s) using a recorded Royal mail service that carries insurance.
We can only accept returns sent via Royal Mail.
Please enclose the original paperwork stating clearly if you would like an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange please state clearly the style name size and colour of the replacement item. Exchanges can only be made for items up to the same value of the original order. If you select a lower priced item we will refund the difference to you.
Refunds
Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account.
Faulty Item/Incorrect Item Received
If you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item please email customer services at orders at designerdenim.com quoting your order number and the nature of the problem with your order and we will be happy to advise how to proceed with your return.
